Someone has rung my 83 year old mother and bamboozled her into changing her phone/broadband provider. She could not understand what they were saying very well and could only determine the company name as .....talk. They already had her bank details (very worrying) and had already rung her yesterday and when she said no and hung up immediately rang back, but she didn't answer (we did a 1471). When you ring this number it just cuts you off. I have no way of finding out who it was until the paperwork arrives on her doorstep.
Very angry about this!
