if you dont want us phoning you, block withheld numbers.

D M Design /Greig Goodwin (or similar as they never repeat the name clearly if asked) are the worst TPS offenders by far. They telephone me repeatedly and hang up rudely when challenged. I have tried lots of different tacks to get them to stop phoning, all to no avail. They often argue that TPS does not apply because it is a promotion (£1000 off the price of a new kitchen), not a sales call! Do not deal with this company. They have zero integrity.

I had a call from Gregg and Goodwin despite being TPS registered. I asked how they had got my name and telephone number as I am TPS registered and the girl just hung up. Is there any way I can take action against them because this is not the first call from this company? They called about 6 months ago on behalf of another firm.

Reporting these morons to TPS seems to have little or no effect. Maybe it's time we took direct action. Act friendly, book an appointment for one of their sales people to visit, then when he/she arrives, tell them politely (on the doorstep) that you wanted to explain in person to a company representative that you are TPS registered, because telling the marketing team seems to have no effect. If the sales team get enough wasted trips like this, maybe they will put some pressure on the managers to prevent the tele-marketing team from ringing TPS numbers.

Got a call from this number asking for Mr 'wifes maiden name' i answered no and they hung up. I have also registered for TPS but looks like it is not working as it should.

Despite being on prefernce list these people come under a variety of names offering kitchens or some home improvement.
They claim they are conducting market research and offer prize vouchers.
Done battle with them for years and they refuse to remove number, refuse to identify themselves, contact details.
Operative know the scam and hang up if challenged.

called me today even though I'm registered with TPS. I asked them where they got my number from and they said I was on their database. I was in the middle of asking them to remove me when the caller (male) hung up on me!

Two calls today from these idiots... reported to TPS - suggest you all do the same using the form on their website - they do have the power toput a stop to these but only if people complain.

as some others - introduced themselves a greg & goodwin, pointed out to them about TPS - girl said it didn't apply to them as it was not a sales call, she hung when pressed where they got the no. from - will go to TPS as well as that notorious fire & security place in clydebank.

Just took a call from this number. Scottish, female voice asked for Mrs Brennan (I think). Told her she had the wrong number. She then cheekily asked who was at this address instead then. Told her it wasn't whoever she was looking for. She then rudely and abruptly ended the call. She didn't say who she was or whom she was representing or what the call was about.
How are nuisance callers getting away with this all the time? I usually let me answer machine pick up now so I screen all calls.

I got a call from someone from this number. Think it was a company called Greg and Goodwin or something similar. She started with some sales pitch so I pointed out I'm on the TPS and she just hung up. So rude! She could have at least apologised!

Caller claimed they could still call me even

I started to explain to them the current law,
the caller hung up on me.
Can someone please prosecute these morons and
